Pradella Sistemi al Giro-E 2025: Innovazione e sostenibilità con il MOST

Pradella Sistemi at Giro-E 2025: Innovation and sustainability with the MOST

Giro-E 2025, the e-bike cycling experience held alongside the Giro d’Italia, is a unique event promoting sustainable mobility and technological innovation in the world of two wheels. Pradella Sistemi srl is proud to be involved in this event through its collaboration with the National Center for Sustainable Mobility, known as MOST.

What MOST Is and Its Role in Giro-E

MOST is a national project that brings together 24 Italian universities, the National Research Council (CNR), and 24 major companies with the goal of developing innovative solutions for greener and more digital mobility in Italy. Established to fulfill Mission 4.2 of the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) and funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) with an investment of 378 million euros for 2023-2025, MOST promotes collaboration between research and industry to generate growth and sustainability.

At Giro-E 2025, MOST will showcase cutting-edge projects such as mobile charging stations powered by renewable energy and experimental bikes equipped with innovative 3D-printed components, along with sensors to study the future of e-bikes by continuously monitoring data related to the bike, its environment, and the cyclist.

Pradella Sistemi’s Contribution

Pradella Sistemi srl played a key role in developing the prototype of a sustainable, smart, and mobile charging station for e-bikes, created within MOST’s Spoke 5, coordinated by the University of Bergamo. This solar-powered station is fully energy autonomous, easily transportable, and can charge up to 10 bikes simultaneously with smart remote monitoring and management functions.

The technology developed by Pradella Sistemi srl was successfully tested during the Giro d’Italia 2024, demonstrating how applied research can concretely enhance light e-mobility by making e-bike charging more efficient and sustainable.

Commitment to the Future of Sustainable Mobility

Participating in Giro-E 2025 with MOST’s support means that Pradella Sistemi srl is actively contributing to a project that combines sport, technology, and sustainability, enhancing territories and promoting a greener lifestyle. This collaboration is a concrete example of how innovation and research can transform mobility, offering smart and environmentally respectful solutions aligned with global challenges and the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s cyclists.

Pradella Sistemi srl continues to be a protagonist in sustainable mobility, reaffirming its commitment to supporting excellence initiatives such as Giro-E 2025 and MOST, for a greener and technologically advanced future.
